Work Experience starting with the most recent: McGettigans Pub and Restaurant
November 2018 – January 2019
I was working in McGettigans Irish Pub, which is part of a chain of pubs and restaurants that are located all around the world including the Middle East, Asia, the USA and of course Ireland and the UK. I worked as a waitress and bartender, interchanging between each role depending on my shift. I was trained for pulling the perfect pint and making various drinks. I was also being trained into making cocktails and coffee. When waitressing, I spent most of my shift taking orders and delivering food to the various tables I was covering. I also took care of the customer’s bill and took payments. I enjoyed working here very much, and loved the team at McGettigans. I found the fast-paced work environment enjoyable and very fulfilling.

Ce?line - Luxury fashion brand.
May 2017 - May 2018

I was a sales assistant in the Ce?line handbag concession in Brown Thomas. Ce?line is a luxury designer brand and is part of the LVMH luxury goods group. Each sales assistant has individual targets to reach each week. I was responsible for providing the most personalized customer experience for our clients. I had personal responsibility for looking after the welfare of my clients. For prospective clients, I collected and stored their details in the Ce?line CRM database to allow us to nurture and develop these prospects in future. For clients who subsequently purchased a product through me, I was responsible for emailing them with a thank you note a week after their purchase and following up with them after one month. I was the CRM ambassador's assistant and personally scrutinized all client information collected, to ensure accuracy.
Each evening when closing the store, it was a requirement for me to compose an end of day report which had to be disseminated to several stakeholders, including Head Office in Paris. This email included various documents and spreadsheets that we updated daily, comparing the day’s sales with the sales for the same day the year previous. I relished the level of responsibility this position offered and I was extremely lucky to get a job with a brand that I have always admired.

Brown Thomas - Ireland’s Largest Luxury Retailer
October 2016 - December 29th, 2016
I was working for Brown Thomas during the Christmas period of 2016. I was a sales assistant in the Young Contemporary Fashion Department. My role included helping clients find products most suitable for their needs and providing an excellent customer experience to everyone who entered our store. Personally, I most enjoyed helping clients style outfits and pull together complete looks from top to toe. I also ensured stock was always replenished and took great care to keep the shop floor looking pristine. Finally, I also had responsibility for cashing up the tills.

I was part of the Back-Office support team and was in charge of opening envelopes containing insurance documents and sorting the mail per department. I also oversaw scanning and indexing the mail. This job came with a lot of responsibility, as the mail often contained private and sensitive information that had to be kept confidential. I was also in charge of ensuring all documents and mail were scanned on time and completed within an SLA deadline.

Persona Ltd - High Security Print Company
June - August in the summer holidays of 2014 and again in June-August 2015

My duties included being the first point of contact for all visitors/in-bound calls. I answered calls and directed callers to the correct individuals/departments.
