2018 The Kennedy Center VSA Playwright Discovery Award
Recipient of the VSA Playwright Discovery Award. Short play “One’s Self Perception” was performed in a staged reading at the Kennedy Center by professional actors.
2018 KPRC Channel 2 Texas Mattress Makers Scholarship Winner
Nominated by HSPVA as HSPVA representative. Selected by KPRC and Texas Mattress Makers for this scholarship devoted to Houston high school seniors who demonstrate leadership, academic excellence, and overall integrity. 2017 First Place Winner Writopia Worldwide Play Festival
Winning short play “Home, Sick”was selected as first-place winner and produced in the Writopia Worldwide Play Festival, performed off-Broadway at the TheaterLab in NYC.

Selected to perform original short play “Internal Dialogue At A Poetry Reading” at Kaboom Books.
2016 HSPVA Off The Page Writer and Performer
Selected to perform original short play “Cupid And Modern Love” and “A Metacognition Over That Last Physics Test”. “A Metacognition Over That Last Physics Test” was also performed at HSPVA’s Comedy Club.
