To Whom This May Concern:

My combined 30 plus year global security supervisory, operational and law enforcement experience, plus USMC Force Reconnaissance background makes me an ideal candidate for operational programs in various parts of the world. Currently the Chief Instructor for Janus Global under the U.S. State Department Worldwide Protective Service II (WPS), and advisor / mentor for the King of Malaysia and President of Sri Lankas protection detail. Multiple tours to Kabul Afghanistan as a PSS/FI in support of DOS Task Order-10, and recently the SOC LLC Training Manager responsible for WPS DOS programs executed at the King Abdullah II Special Operations Training Center (KASOTC) in Amman Jordan; overseeing training processes from Uganda and Kenya and into Iraq. Prior to, I was an IC with ViaGlobal Group tasked to support and train international clients at KASOTC, to include U.S. Embassy personnel.

Formerly an employee with TRIPLE CANOPY since inception, I participated in developing and strategizing technical and tactical instruction under DOS guidelines. I was the Lead BFFOC (Basic Field Firearms Officer Course) Instructor responsible for professionalizing select cadre to be DOS approved Firearm Instructors. Prior to instructor duties, I deployed as a DOD Contractor in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) on a Protection Detail. Tertiary duties included training Free Iraqi Fighters (FIF) and Kurdish (Peshmerga) in Iraq; and Third Country Nationals (TCNs) from Chile, Peru, Fiji, and South and East Africa to support multi-level security operations.

Before contracting, I was a Federal Law Enforcement Officer with the Federal Air Marshal Service. I was additionally assigned the Director of Training at the Los Angeles Field Office, and provided comprehensive assessment, evaluation and training to both JTTF and local law enforcement agencies.

Prior to my federal obligation, I was the chief instructor for over 100 Nuclear Security Force personnel. Our mission was to protect the public health and safety by detecting and preventing acts of radiological sabotage against a design basis terrorist threat. Often requested to assess, evaluate, and challenge intrusion detection systems and response capabilities of other nuclear sites. When off-duty, I trained private law-abiding citizens in basic/advance handgun defense techniques, conceal carry, and survival.

Bulk of my experience is attributed to twelve years with the U. S. Marine Corps. The majority of this time was in command of units that performed missions unique to special operations. I participated in independent operations with Army and Navy Special Operation Forces, various allied commando units, and support to real world crisis during assignment with JTF, Marine Expeditionary Units, and 2nd Force Reconnaissance Detachment.
