On-the-job Accomplishments

- A 30% reduction in staff was achieved as a cost cutting measure at the Cash Vault by combining duties and cross training between departments and operational functions.

- Onboarding of the Caesars Horseshoe Casino was successful and resulted in an ongoing excellent customer relationship due to my accurate forecasting of the high-volume needs. A creation of special services along with an appropriate adjustment of the debit position and deposit volume was determined through extensive meetings with the customer.

- Over a period of 2 months my department was able to help other networked vaults to adapt to the new volume of the Kroger Grocery chain contract with Fifth Third. Many of the vaults ended up outsourcing to keep up with numbers and we were able to stymie that extra cost and processing duty as well as advise best practices to improve their functioning.

- When hired into Loomis Pittsburgh I found the department was failing with an unengaged staff, 25% turnover, failed audits, and below standard quality and productivity. Within the first six months, my coaching efforts brought the department up to Loomis standards for productivity and quality and achieved passing audits. Through frequent team meetings and rewarding successes, staff became more engaged and turnover subsided to 10%.

- The Loomis site was anticipating a large onboarding with Bank of America. The contract came with additional volume that was forecasted to bring in an average of 500 deposits daily as well as 300 additional change orders for the bank’s customers. I successfully hired a needed 50% increase in staff, procured and built workstations for the new positions and prepared the staff for the new procedures. The onboarding was a success and soon after other successful onboardings continued in the same manner with Citizens, Key, BB&T and Wells Fargo contracts.

- As a result of a fact finding meeting, a client had interest in the age he would be able to retire explaining his expectations for income at retirement. After performing a complete collaborative discovery was submitted, results showed that he would retire with the expected results, but one of the retirement products he had in place was not suitable. The product was producing a high amount of fees and was not suitable for the clients age and through continued research I was able to offer a more suitable solution and exceed his expectations.
