Cameron Hosmer's Personal Profile
Cameron Hosmer's Personal Profile

I am a geology and criminology double major with a paleontology minor at Sonoma State University. I've competed in a variety of sports ranging from soccer, archery, and pole-vault, to currently rowing on, and being the vice president of the SSU rowing team. I do stand-up comedy as a hobby, and have performed in San Fran in multiple venues, as well as doing some comedy writing for the Cards Against Humanity card game. Throughout highscool I was a part of multiple community service groups, as well as running the Broadcast Journalism program during my junior and senior years. I have extensive writing, photography, videography and video/photo editing skills as a result of this experience.

I have held leadership positions, both volunteering through private organizations like the The Pediatric Therapy Network, where I was a camp counselor volunteer over the last four summers, as well as in the Los Hermanos volunteer organization and paid summer jobs in similar fields.
I am specifically well versed in the geology field sciences, and have recently been a published writer for a local science journal for my findings on a new formation of opal along the Robert's Creek Faultline in Santa Rosa.
