I am a seasoned Sales and Marketing officer who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable, responsible as well as hard working. In addition to an HND Marketing certificate from Ho-Polytechnic, I hold a BSc. Business Administration Certificate (Marketing Option) from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and currently pursuing an Advanced Diploma Certificate in software engineering at NIIT. Also, I am currently working in the capacity of a Sales and Circulation Officer at the Head Office of Graphic Communications Group Limited located in Accra.

Aside over 7 years of rich working experience in the sales and marketing industry, I am currently responsible for the day to day operations of the Shops Unit under the Marketing Unit of Graphic Communications Group Limited which I have, through diligence, determination and hard work, effectively and successfully developed with little supervision. Playing the role of an active team member, my contributions and inputs have earned high performing teams admiration because of our consistency in achieving set targets.

Position: Assistant Sales and Circulation Officer
Role: Assist the Sales and Circulation Manager in achieving sales targets.
Duties
• Assist with the prospecting of new clients and markets to grow business and meet sales targets.
• Ensure that products reach customers on time and in sufficient quantity to meet market demand.
• Generate customer invoices and follow up on customers to ensure timely payments.
• Manage customer complaints on a wide variety of issues within their remit and refer upwards as appropriate.
• Record and report anomalies in the payment/invoicing process. e.g., outstanding invoices, under/overpaid invoices and notify anomalies to the line manager.
• Contribute to advising superior officer on areas/issues of concern and make recommendations for improvement/changes to policy and processes.
