Held responsibility for planning, organizing, conducting, and following up on analyses, events, programs, and initiatives, leading to the establishment of multiple process improvement systems. Reported to the Director of Operations Improvement, with two Coordinators as direct reports.
• Provided Lean process improvement education and mentorship across all levels of the organization.
• Developed, taught, coached, and mentored staff in Lean process improvement principles.
• Delivered strategic support to System Leaders and Service Line Dyad Leadership, helping to define and implement strategic plans, set continuous improvement goals, and track implementation progress.
