• Conducted thorough market research on possible competitors and technology to make sure GroGo will be ahead in competition using multiple Marketing and Strategic tools such as: Competitive Positioning, Relative Costs Analysis, etc.
• Utilized advanced data analysis tools such as RISK for risk assessment and developed a comprehensive business model from scratch with detailed operations and marketing planning and costs as well as financial figures and valuations.
