• Brainstormed and created a new product (GroGo) which is a specialty grocery backpack with innovative features that help ease the burden of shopping with usual plastic bags and other alternatives.
• Conducted thorough market research on possible competitors and technology to make sure GroGo will be ahead in competition using multiple Marketing and Strategic tools such as: Competitive Positioning, Relative Costs Analysis, etc.
