Extensive, specialized training in Radio and Television Broadcasting. Curriculum included announcing, commercial production, audio and video production as well as proven techniques in news and sports delivery.
� Converted AP and Reuters news stories into a 7 minute news rundown for on-air use
� Wrote and performed traffic and weather reads, contest promos, and 30 and 60 second commercial spots for simulated radio shows
� Used NexGen Digital Radio Automation software to produce a radio show playlist

� Responsible for the implementation of new clients on Practice Management computer software for a nationally certified electronic health records (EHR) company
� Set a timeline with checkpoints from beginning of implementation to the go-live date within a 90 day period
� Liaise with third party electronic prescription vendor in order to get the client registered to send prescriptions
� Trained over 200 physicians, physician's assistants, nurse practitioners, physical therapists, and medical office staff on EHR and Practice Management software
� Re-wrote the product manual to keep pace with the ever changing functions of the software
