Job Description:
-Received itemized receipts and entered information into excel worksheet to track business expenses for quarterly taxes. I organized paperwork, BOLs, income tax paperwork and load tickets in a filing system. Scanned all receipts and paperwork into a digital filing system for backup. Sent email updates to drop/load sites for load pickup and drop-offs, as well as follow-up emails through outlook.
-did payroll for 7 employees, including myself. Added total delivery costs and subtract 25% to pay to drivers every week. Once payment was calculated, I would email the owner for confirmation, then according to the type of payment chosen by the drivers I would then write checks, or transfer money to accounts from the business account. Also, created 1099s for all employees at the end of the year.
-paid invoices for business for services needed for the business, about 10-15 a week, like tire changes, maintenance for trucks, oil changes, etc. I also payed overhead expenses for the business with the business account. Answered phone calls, took messages, sent emails, made phone calls, ran small errands and kept office space clean and organized.

Job Description:
-Answered inbound calls from members and answered general questions about their memberships or hulu in general. Processed payments, processed refunds and cancellations of subscriptions. Located multiple accounts and dealt with accounts as the member saw fit. Looked into holds on accounts and explained reasons for hold. Explained reason for charges on account. Located and cancelled fraud accounts. Gave credits for accounts that were not working as it should after all troubleshooting steps were taken. Changed memberships to the members liking adding or removing different services Hulu offered.
-Proceeded to do basic troubleshooting steps for members whose accounts were not working properly. Created tickets for possible outages in area, and if there was an outage relaid messages to members about the known issue.

Liberty Tax
Position: Office Manager

Job Description:
- Created schedules for our office. We had 5 employees including myself and the night manager. Made timely cuts to insure we made productivity, as well as stayed under budget.
-Ordered office supplies, and picked up supplies from our main office. Delivered processed returns to the main office everynight to be sent out to the IRS.
-Preformed all office opening duties to make sure the office was ready for success. Made coffee put out snacks for clients, wiped down desks, started computers, created tax packet, wrote down goals in meeting room for all employees to see, and organized office if needed. Answered calls, and answered general questions over the phone. Made appointments for clients to come in and be seen without having to wait in line.
-Greated clients as they walked in, called clients back that had not yet finished their return, called former clients to create appointments to come back to our office, double checked returns done by employees and filed away in the appropriate place.
-filed tax returns electronically. This involved me having to hand sensitive information such as social security numbers, W2s/1099s, phone numbers, IDs, and itemized expense reports. I filed 1040s, 1040EZ, and schedule C returns.
-The success of my office was performance based, so I marketed on all social platforms and face to face communication, as well going to business� around my office to drop off flyers. I ensured everyone on my team was prepared to work together to make sure all goals were achieved and understood. I held team meetings and one on one consultations with my employees to ensure the success of everyone.
The Alamo

Job Description:
-Greated visitors to The Alamo, and answered general questions about the complex, as well as the History of The Alamo. I also walked the museums to answer any questions about items, as well as making sure all rules were being followed inside and outside the complex.
-Sold tours at a booth out front of the Complex. We sold both audio tours, and guided tours with a tour guide. I would upsell a packaged deal that included both tours.
-I would answer phone calls to give out general information when the secretary was on leave.
