Education:
June 24, 1982 graduate from Wellsville High School, Wellsville, NY 14895 where I graduated with a business, music and food service major. Historian for DECA club, member of the Key Club, band, choir as well as musicals. Accomplished Business I & II, typing, shorthand. Band for 10 years as well as choir for 5 years. Food Service through BOCES 1 year.

Fall 1993 attended Jamestown Community College, Olean, NY 14760. I had attended for 40 credit hours toward NYS Teacher Assistant Certification. My concentration was Communication. Completed ASL (American Sign Language) I & II, computer lab, science, English, Math, Public Speaking and performance. Part-Time Dean’s List numerous times.

October 11, 2011 graduated from American Intercontinental University Online (ABBA) in Business Administration. GPA 3.75 with Part time Dean’s List three times.

Work Experiences:
1. June 2018 to present
Harte Hanks-Austin, TX: Dual training with Domestic and Dotcom for FedEx learning many techniques to assist customers from delivery to website service. Customer service in a timely manner due to a call center. Rating on calls periodically as well as attendance in which I have obtained only 1 call in since hired is where I stand at this time. Looking for a more one on one interaction as that is where I am best.

2. January to May 2018
Waypoint Resource Group, Round Rock, TX- Working for Waypoint at a brief time.

3. October to December 2017
Harmony Public School, Austin, TX- As a substitute Teacher through Kelly Service, I was a temporary substitute at Harmony for a long term 4th grade Math Intervention. Working with the Principal, Teachers, we had a curriculum that was created and successful in helping students with special needs get the education needed. Due to not having a Texas Teaching Certification, this position had expired, and a permanent Teacher was hired.

4. May to October 2017
Home Depot/Kforce, Austin, TX- was hired on a contract through Kforce to work with Home Depot call center with Hardware department. On the phones with the stores would help with registers, scan guns, and more to rebuild, replace
or have a technician come and repair.

5. October 2014 to May 2017
Sears Holding Call Center, Round Rock, TX- Hired for Customer Solutions it was where I had proceeded to expand my boundaries to technical support, STAC Parts, to Automotive where it was here, I learned offline and repayment of cancellations. On the floor when the floor Supervisor would leave as an assistant to help others in need. Sears Automotive was transferred to San Antonio.

6. June 2008 to August 2014
Savannah Chatham County Public School System, Savannah, GA- Working with the SCCPSS to start at Isle of Hope Elementary for three years with Special Education it was my duty to modify, help teach and perform duties when scheduled. Documentation of daily attendances, modify classroom work at an instant for the students in the classroom, reteach at times to the level of the student was my performance accomplishment. Transferred to Thunderbolt Elementary where my service was needed in 2010 working for Special Education for 2 years and Kindergarten for remaining. As the classroom Assistant, I would step in and teach when the teacher was in meetings, trainings, etc. Modify for Special Needs with classroom teaching before trying the instructional curriculum. It was in 2014 I was named Teacher Assistant of the Year. In October I had completed my Associates Degree to hold to the Teacher Assistant title in Georgia. Also passed the Georgia Work Study with a Silver Award. I had moved to Savannah, GA with my daughter as I remarried.

7. July 1998 to June 2008
Friendship Central School, Friendship, NY- Working as a Teacher Aide in 1998 it was required that I obtain 40 credit hours to become a Teacher Assistant Level III. Attended Jamestown Community College with my daughter who assisted me, I had completed the requirements and successfully passed the test. It was here I was the EIP Teacher Assistant /Teacher under the Special Education. Preparing lesson plans, creating my own materials for lessons, preparing once a month letters to the BOE as well as the State of New York for services provided with each student. Worked with PreK to 3 grades in a PreK to 12 grade building. Extracurricular included but not limited to Sophomore Class Advisor, fund raising, taught Kindergarten summer school, lunch duties, attend meetings and curricular events with other schools. Moved to Savannah, Georgia in 2008.

Volunteer Work:
Trinity Lutheran Church, LCMS, Savannah, Georgia- Altar Guild Secretary, Scheduler for Acolyte and Crucifer; schedule for recording those in nursing homes; Sunday School Teacher for a couple of years.
King of Kings Lutheran Church, LCMS, Round Rock, Texas- Started the greeter program with my spouse and monthly scheduling; audio/visual Sunday services; Altar Guild; Choir; assist wherever is needed; LCC (Lutheran Comfort Care) Mission of the Month co-sponsor.
