• Managing all food orders while communicating with the chefs in a fast-paced environment
• Take inventory of the kitchens stock, record quantity of supplies in the restaurant inventory tracking
system, and help place orders for restocking ingredients
• Conducted accurate bookkeeping to ensure tips were accounted for and distributed accordingly to the
rest of the food runner staff and reported to management
• Stock service stations with supplies, beverages, condiments and glassware, as well as assisting bussers
with cleaning the dining area

• Coordinate with post offi cers to organize events such as the 4th of July and Memorial Day fundraisers,

• Under the supervision of my studio head at UIC, I was assigned to a small team of four, and we were
tasked with coming up with a proposal for an East Side revitalization project within six months
• Convened with clients at three town hall meetings every two months to get approval on design
specifi cations such as material, layout and amenities.
• Conducted multiple site visits to survey and created detailed design documents with AutoCAD, and
modeled those drawings in Rhino and Lumion 9
• Researched cost estimates for public restoration projects and construction projects funded through taxpayers
support
• Built a physical 1/64” scale model to support architectural design concepts to a public audience
