CERT Community Emergency Response Team, Staten Island, NY May 2017- Present
As part of the Port Richmond SI-CERT 1, informing and educating neighbors about disaster preparedness, assisting NYPD as well as other public safety agencies and community boards with public events, responding to local disasters with CERT protocols, participating in community outreach opportunities. Completed a hands-on 10-week course trained by members of FDNY, NYPD, Paramedics, EMT, and Emergency Management Specialists that included the final “Disaster Simulation.”

Homeland Security Class, Wagner College Fall 2015
Developed action and recovery procedures for a simulated Emergency Disaster situation at Wagner College.
Established the case study based on the current Wagner College Emergency plan in accordance with NYCOEM regulations.
