? Prepare eviction documents and e-mail all paperwork to an eviction company.
? Oversee compliance with local, state, and federal laws pertaining to the business, industry, employment, and resident/tenant relations.
? Draft and review residential and commercial leases, addendum's and disclosures using CAR forms. Compose tenant correspondence letters, 24 Hour Notices, and 3 Day Notices to Pay or Quit.
? Strong understanding of Fair Housing Laws, Affordable Housing, Section 8, Rent Control, and Non-Rent control properties.
