Oversaw the daily operations of the oldest golf school in southern New Jersey and developed an effective operational manual. Directed all marketing initiatives, including materials design, direct mailing, and media advertising. Developed the annual budget and procured materials. Supervised a staff of up to 15 professionals. Served as an instructor for more than 400 annual individual, group, college, and community courses.
• Generated new business by forging solid relationships with numerous educational boards to coordinate youth/adult instructional programs.
