RSNA pneumonia detection challenge: develop AI tools for radiology, start with
developing algorithms to identify and localize pneumonia in chest X-rays, construct a multi- layer perception (MLP), develop a software architecture design of a high performance real-time big data repository, utilizing analytics with Hadoop & MongoDB.
Biochemistry lab I and II (08/25/2014 - 05/17/2015):
Contributed to the development and optimization of the protein purification process:
- synthesized and purified proteins using chromatography methods, gel electrophoresis, and other scientific methods.
- isolated target proteins and obtained pure samples to enable structural studies through enzyme kinetic assays.
- performed complex data prediction and analysis for enzyme-substrate kinetics using C and Python programming.

Physical Chemistry Experimentation (01/16/2014 - 05/17/2015):
Developed techniques for quantum dot synthesis, performed spectroscopy quality
purity assessment, and analyzed big data using Matlab with various statistical smoothing techniques.
