Role involved sales and advice regarding audio, visual and communication technology. In depth product knowledge across various brands and technological devices/equipment was essential, as well as constantly developing knowledge and adjusting to changes within the department. During employment, skills which developed rapidly were effectively and clearly communicating with a wide variety of individuals, whilst creating a positive relationship in a short amount of time with both staff and customers. Confident after employment in using various systems and software for both business and training, as well adhering to company regulations and values. Silver medalist upon completion of contract. Advertising Week Europe/ Volunteer Role
March 2017 - March 2017, Piccadilly Circus, London
A four day, annual marketing and advertising event, involving 4000 people from over 40 different countries. Advertising Week Europe was a volunteer role which provided opportunities such as insight into corporate environments, practicing social skills and exposure to international level media and marketing companies/individuals such as Google, Snapchat, Unicef, Johnson & Johnson and fulfilling roles such as guest greeting and assistant/runner roles for guest speakers, lecturers and various company activations. Responsibility and task management was essential.

Cordóba Language Centre/ Sales Assistant

Work experience while living with a host family in Córdoba. This volunteer placement involved office organization in a school/business environment, filing confidential paperwork and welcoming clients. Overall, the experience has taught me the ability to communicate and adapt in new environments, for example by being more adaptable to new cultures, life styles and thought processes. This was a valuable placement as it has given me an increased a sense of independence and since have learnt how to become part of a team and to be involved with new projects and people.
