• Created unique digital content and established a branding tone for five different social media channels with cross-generational audiences
• Devised unique posting stream schedules each week as advised by the rest of the executive board to meet the student engagement goals of the ministry

Director of Engagement, Trockman Microfinance Initiative
Bloomington, IN (August 2017- Present)

• Consulted by Monroe County United Ministries to design a microfinance model for their operations, securing $5,000 of program funding from their board of directors
• Strengthened TMI’s relationship with MCUM by meeting biweekly with their program director to ensure satisfactory deliverables and efficient progress in the implementation of MCUM’s microfinance operations
• Provided suggestions for microfinance cooperative La Chuspa Mide in Cusco, Peru; delivered a 30-minute presentation in Spanish to their directors underlining our recommendations

Kelley Coin Committee, Undergraduate Chair Advisory Board
Bloomington, IN (October 2016 – September 2018)

• Conducted presentations to over 200 students, teaching about the Kelley Coin initiative, a project that rewards moral and ethical student behavior
• Devised programming for the Sophomore Professionalism conference, a networking event that attracted more than 150 Kelley sophomores and developed their networking skills
• Analyzed Kelley email communication techniques to create effective marketing plans, boosting event engagement

Undergraduate Academic Advising Assistant, Kelley Undergraduate Advising Bloomington, IN (January 2018 – Present)

• Supported undergraduate students with academic advising queries over the phone; managed senior advisor appointment scheduling systems
• Delivered presentations to over 1000 Kelley undergraduate freshman discussing best practices as a rising business student; Interpreted nuances of the class scheduling process for students and answered overflow advising questions
