I would be detailed to carry these explosives through security screening check points to ensure canines were productive in finding the explosives and positively responding to the explosive odors they are trained to detect. This was a vital part in the success of the canines being used as a layer of security to ensure transportation safely to the public. I was part of the local testing team at Dallas Fort Worth to try and sneak in prohibited items through the checkpoint through X-Ray or pat-downs to ensure we are doing our jobs correctly. I work with leads and supervisors to help make their jobs easier if it's slow.
