I am an energetic and passionate college student working towards a BA in Psychology from Concordia
University Irvine. I intend to use my experience from working with students who have disabilities and
colleagues in the school setting to support my team members and assist customers in the workplace.

At El Rancho High School, I was involved in various extracurricular such as the Track and Field program
as well as the Cross Country team. I was also involved in many Advanced Placement and Honors courses.

I am currently a student at Concordia University Irvine working towards my Bachelor�s Degree. As a part
of my degree, I often work with students who have learning disabilities, other education staff and
teachers.

I primarily help in the Concordia University�s Disability and Learning Resource Center (DLRC). Some of
my duties are to help accommodate students who have a disability, also to create client folders on the
students who seek our help and to do another task that is needed. Paid Job.

INTERN | METROPOLITAN STATE HOSPITAL, NORWALK
Mainly worked with recreational therapist and in the forensic unit of the hospital. What I was assigned to
do was to engage patients in exercising and participating in group activities. In the forensic unit I was
assigned to tutor and prepare patients for their court trail, as well as translate for Spanish speaking
patients. Non-Paid Job
