Employment History:
September 2017-Present: Assistant Manager at The Tile Shop
- Help build and develop a well-rounded team of sales associates
- Senior Design Associate; design living spaces such as kitchens, bathrooms and entire homes
- Train and coach employees on policies, procedures and job duties, track established sales goals, develop schedule and maintain inventory
- Sell tile and related products to exceed customer expectations /sell a lifestyle

February 2017-September 2017: Assistant at the Cosmic Circle
- Take photos and edit them in Photoshop and InDesign, manage social media, assist in all aspects of a photo shoot, purchase clothing/remake clothing, create flyers, package and mail orders
