Location scouting and presentation, operation coordinator: casting, location permits, contract follow up, and payments.
Other task included treatment development, working with the Director and the Producer to create a visual representation of the Director’s thoughts and ideas for a given concept. Writing, researching, and design all visual elements relevant to the project.

The role involved administrative and office management, such as travel arranging and scheduling for employees, maintenance of agency’s catalogue, reel and media kit creator, scheduling casting auditions, crew and facilities information.

Executive Assistant
The Florida Media Market is a conference that allows independent filmmakers the opportunity to pitch their ideas, network with buyers, distributors, entertainment industry experts, and production companies, which can take their content and ideas to the next level.
Tasks included script reader and feedback assessment, filtering the incoming content and providing notes to the writers and directors.
Script translation from English to Spanish and vice versa, including the adaptation of dialogue and speech according to the nationality of origin.
Market research, content evaluation and analysis for purchase and sales department.
Attendance and assistance at national and international content markets and film festivals. Following up purchase and sales contracts.
