Which includes ordering of flooring product (tile, VCT & matting), carpet, adhesive, paint and all other materials used for government decking and preservation jobs on US Military Ships. I do payroll which consists of Time card & time sheet preparation, payroll entry of 55 employees into TRAC program (similar to IMS program) also enter all information in PAYCHEX program on a weekly basis. I do all invoicing of Government Purchase orders in increments of 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% every two weeks. I also take care of all Rapid Gate issues, payments and waivers, etc. I am the only one that processes all Purchase Orders from BAE Systems, Nassco, CMSD and small fries such as PCE, PMI & MRF etc.
