• Blue Tiger Inc. is a small consulting firm. My responsibilities included filing and organizing group surveys based on English as a Second Language classes for Saddleback Community College, San Jose Community College, and Grossmont Community College.
• Created and maintained databases for the colleges to view any progress with the results of the surveys.
• Assisted my direct supervisor with any tasks or daily operations.
• Tracked and kept receipts for invoices and pay stubs from clients.
College of English Language San Diego, California Activities Coordinator May 2018-August 2018
• Planned activities around San Diego for the foreign exchange students of College of English Language, students came from around the world and ranged from ages 16-35.
• Collected and kept track of the payments the students would give me for various events and activities we planned, deposited the money into the Fun Activities bank account linked to the company for said events.
• Worked closely with Explore America for larger trips to Los Angeles, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Tijuana, and Yosemite. Listened and helped to problem solve for students if any problematic issues occurred on the trips.
• Accompanied the students on the activities, taught them to use the San Diego metro, showed them the different areas of the city, and gave tours of historical areas.

• Welcomed customers upon entering the restaurant, checked the guest in using OpenTable, carefully selected
tables for each guest to sit at as to not overwhelm the servers and staff.
• Offered exceptional service in a timely and friendly manner.
• Guided and informed guests with dietary constrictions of the menu and the accommodations the chefs could
make.
• Extensive knowledge of the wines in the restaurants wine shop and paired with dishes accordingly when
requested to.
• Ensured the cleanliness of the server stations.
• When closing or opening, completing the list of required assignments.
• Working with the kitchen and BOH staff to ensure that food come out in a timely and fashionable manner.

and lunches in a timely manner and assigned tasks and positions to Baristas.
• Reported store revenue and waste, I would then use these reports to calculate mass orders for store supplies
in order to reduce our food and material waste.
• Assured customer satisfaction and adapted to the environment went situations went awry. Made sure to always preserve the Starbucks mission statement, “to inspire and nurture the human spirit – one person, one cup and one neighborhood at a time”

• Communicated with online customers and retailers in German, including answering product questions and processing payments, to build a strong customer and retailer base as well as a positive online presence
• Partnered directly with head management to create, plan, and post social media content and send out a monthly email newsletter to advertise Stoffbruch products and events to new and existing customers
• Managed complete inventory system and physical inventory count of three to four collections at a time in order to secure correct inventory numbers and restore supply of best-selling products
• Advocated Stoffbruch brand and promoted sales at international design trade shows with a member of head management to expand market and gain potential new customers
