Multi-tasking is one of the most important aspects of an assistant. The ability to change hats from one task to another, seamlessly, is instrumental to the overall success of a production. Every task is important no matter how small it may seem. I know from experience the importance of making sure details are not overlooked, that phone calls are answered promptly, that paperwork is in order. I have had the opportunity to play an active role in the execution of large scale events, which can be similar to putting all the pieces together for a successful production/segment. Understanding the long hours, hard work, and dedication is something that is not foreign to me. With my degree and experience in hospitality as well as my increasingly growing knowledge in Radio/TV/Film I have developed to be an amazing team player and overall hard worker.
