· I started at the company as the Office Coordinator. I had duties such as answering phones, scanning and filing, and reviewing and auditing all employee timesheets against payrolls. As I progressed within the company, I received the promotion to HR Assistant. I started to onboard employees – this including sending their new hire documents through DocuSign, filling out the employer side of documents, and onboarding them into QuickBooks. I also completed employment verifications, answered employee questions, and solved employee payroll discrepancies.
