As a founding member of MediaMandy, I am most often the primary point of
contact for our clients. I guide them through our services, availability, pricing
and more. I offer weekly or bi-weekly calls to cover what we've accomplished
with their channels and where we'd like to move next.
• Additionally, we teach classes of 2-70 students how to improve their business
outcomes using digital marketing, including social media content research,
ideation, creation and analytics all on a budget. Sessions have been held at
UCLA, digital marketing conferences, libraries and co-working spaces.

- As part of a team-wide effort, changed the process by which our team
receives content. This quicker content delivery system provides producers
precious extra hours to create and tweak live content.

sponsorships. Met sponsorship needs and deadlines far beyond engagement
expectations.
- Built stronger voices on each account, including more involved community
management on a day-to-day basis
- Created multiple custom GIF campaigns based on audience requests.
- Collaborated to begin building social media templates (in Adobe Photoshop,
InDesign and Premiere) so teams could iterate and execute content more

$1 million for UCLA faculty, staff and student projects.

• Raised $30K with the largest student run crowdfunding campaign at UCLA to
date.
• Raised over $100K in FY 16-17.
• Tripled project output by revamping the application, training and stewardship
processes.
• Forged new partnerships between social media and research teams to create
a new prospect research initiative.
Primary Responsibilities
• Campaign Management: Spark provides multiple consultation services
for our campus clients. After mapping out a successful campaign, we have
4-10 meetings with projects to train them on skills necessary for a successful
campaign. Through our personalized meeting structure, we offer accountability
and advice crowdfunding campaign managers would never receive fundraising
solo on another platform like Indiegogo or Kickstarter. After workshopping a
campaign's PR, communications, video, photography, and donor retention
strategies, over 85% of our projects achieve full funding.
• Project management: We lead clients through the crowdfunding process,
from video concept to post campaign stewardship. By working directly with
project leaders, we help them utilize their own teams to create unique and
rewarding campaigns.
• Graphic Design and Video Production: Many of our on campus clients do not
have a designer or videographer on staff. To help them run their campaign, we
offer graphic design services for their social media and fundraising events. In
addition, we help many projects create videos for use on their project pages
and wider marketing efforts.

guidelines were utilized for the official launch of the campaign.
• Created and owned the entire content production process. From strategy to
shoot dates to hiring talent to creative direction on set.

assets from all key partners as well as managing assets in a bi-coastal agency
environment.
• Partnered with up and coming Instagram stars to share content and get the
word out about the campaign. I was able to land a 30K influencer post for free.
