• Created mini-social media application using Java, JSP/JSTL and Google Cloud Datastore. People Tags is an interest
network where individuals can post, tag, add to collections and organize information.
Quizia - ?------------/
• Built with Node.js, this React web application utilizes Google Firestore’s real-time update capabilities to sync user data
across multiple users to simulate real-time pub-style trivia quizzes. Users can create custom quizzes and compete with
others.
Predicting Unplanned Hospital Readmission with Natural Language Processing ?(ongoing)
• Using MIMIC-III database to process doctor‘s discharge notes to predict emergency patient visits within 30 days. We
are investigating bag-of-words techniques, stemming/lemmatization, and topic modeling. Soon, we will be introducing other ML and deep learning techniques in efforts to improve our model. Written in python with Jupyter notebook, we utilize libraries such as sci-kit learn and nltk.
