I am a detail oriented professional, with a strong work ethic. My interpersonal skills allow me to relate well with a diverse range of clientele and colleagues. I enjoy working both collaboratively as a member of a team, as well as individually. I am able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
I am passionate about film, both narrative and commercial. My love for the art form has fueled my desire to pursue video production as a profession. Narrative filmmaking is my passion and I have created several narrative shorts, documentaries and music videos with friends over the years, It is what truly makes me happy. One of our Shorts is being presented at the Bleedingham Film Festival in Bellingham, Washington.

-It was at Fairhaven College where I was given opportunities to work with other film students and create art and films. I also worked on my second video production internship while attending Fairhaven. It was an environment that I am proud to say I was a part of. I made many friends who I have later worked with on short films and professional gigs.

-It was at Whatcom where I got my first internship. It was a video production internship in 2016 where I learned
editing, lighting and sound. I also learned how to work with clients and talent in a professional manner.

-At Vid-Smith I set up all the lighting and sound to make sure the shoots went smoothly.

-At D4 I learned a lot by going on shoots and being on sets where I was put into stressful situations that I had to maneuver through. I still do work with this company and love it. At One World I had the chance to collaborate on a script which is currently being crowd funded in Seattle to be a large indie production.

-Foto Werk is a great company to work for and gave me some of my first chances to do camera operating which was a great lesson.

• Ben Thomas Associates; Camera Operator and Editor Whidbey Island, Washington. July 2017
-Ben Thomas was a great client, we shot several “how to” videos for his company and they turned out great. For these shoots, I was director, lighting, sound and editor and I made it happen.
• Tulalip TV; Production Assistant Tulalip, Washington. June 2017-Present
-At Tulalip TV I got to be a production assistant on my first sporting events. I would run wire and make sure all the camera operators had everything they needed, along with communicating with the producers in the video room.

Bellingham, Washington. June 2017-Present
-Varvid is a company that I am very close with and done gigs for them in Bellingham, Seattle and Texas. I worked in house sorting and barcoding their equipment. When I wasn’t sorting, I was editing their YouTube content and out in the field I was camera operating huge concerts such as Creedence Clearwater and Blue Oyster Cult.

-Russ Nelson was the person who got me into video production, he was my first internship and I have loved working with him over the years. He taught me how to be better at such skills as lighting, editing and sound.

Whatcom Community College, 2017
-I was given this award after my first internship. It was the moment I knew I could succeed in this industry and it validated my passion for filmmaking.
• Video Production Fairhaven Student Development Grant Fairhaven College, 2018
-I was awarded this grant for three hundred dollars to create a short film while in school with several of my classmates. It was an amazing experience to get somewhat of a budget towards my passion.
