I am a current college student who is looking for valuable experience for law school. I have previous experience in event planning and execution, an understanding of the law, great communication skills, and a good understanding of social media.
EXPERIENCE
Library Assitant, Washington College (Dec 2017- Present)
I help students and faculty find articles, scholarly articles, and books through databases and the extensive physical collection at the college library. I also assist in the day-to-day operations of the library such as checkouts and interlibrary loans.
Social and Public Relations Chair, Kappa Sigma Fraternity (Oct 2018- Present)
I lead a team of nine fraternity brothers in coordinating events and advertisements on social media. I plan and execute events on behalf of the fraternity chapter and oversee the social media pages of the fraternity. I am also in charge of maintaining a good relationship between the fraternity with the college, it’s students and the town.
Social Media Strategist, Karish for Maryland (April 2018- Aug 2018)
I was a social media intern and volunteer recruiter for the Krish for Maryland Campaign to elect Krish Vignarajah for governor of Maryland.
Swim with Mike, Barbeque Supervisor (March 2016- April 2017)
I volunteer as the supervisor of students that work the BBQ at the Swim with Mike Foundation swimathon. My responsibilities include the recruitment and supervision of 20+ volunteers tasked with serving and preparing food for over 1,000 people.
