Aircrew Sensor Operator/Search & Rescue Swimmer
• Coordinated 18 Search & Rescue (SAR) jump evolutions, 28 practical pool training sessions, 56 SAR Fitness Tests, and management of 28 Rescue Swimmer qualifications while managing and documenting 654 hours of ground training.
• Cited for major contributions to HMS-78 receiving the highest possible grade of “On Track” with test scores well above fleet average during the 2017 Chief of Naval Forces SAR evaluation.
• Logged over 189 flight hours and flew 89 missions in direct support of the Carrier Strike Group’s Western Pacific Deployment aboard the CG-57 while operating in the South China Sea.
• Qualified 12 Aircrew Training Console level II/III Aircrewmen and was instrumental in the qualifications of five Assistant SAW Instructors, eight Sensor Operators, 12 Rescue Swimmers, seven Naval Air Warfare Specialists and five Enlisted Aviation Warfare Specialists.

• Cited as one of three highly motivated CPR instructors in the command ensuring the qualification and re-qualification of 260 maintainers and aircrew.
