Front Desk Administrative Receptionist
Assisted the Associate Dean with scheduling and appointments
Operated as administrator for a cluster hire of top-tier faculty; assisted with travel and itineraries for over 15 candidates that visited the college; worked with Search Committee by scheduling meeting times and locations; collected applicant data to present to committee
Corresponded with cluster hire candidates from the US and Europe and organized flight itineraries; logged candidate information in University system; managed documentation and worked alongside the Fiscal Assistant to properly organize the financials for cluster hire
