Mission: My goal is to attain experience in the mental health field while in-between my undergraduate and graduate degrees. I hope to apply what I learned during my coursework, which especially focused on psychometric testing, neurological disorders, and neuroscience as a whole. I also hope to combine my attention to detail with my desire to help others in a setting that effectively does so.

• Prepared, cooked, and delivered all catering orders.
• Worked with both of the stores in Columbia to ensure consistent quality of both food and service.
• Developed relationships with clients, of which many became regular customers.
Marketing Specialist
• Individually in charge of brand promotion in Columbia, through multiple outlets:
o Gave out free caterings to groups that both have never had Noodles and Company before, and are unsure about the value.
o Selected individuals out of a fish bowl or other drawing to win a free tasting, in which up to eight people could come into the restaurant and try everything on the menu.
o Scheduled benefit nights, in which we donate 20% of out proceeds to the charity that schedules the event.
o Collaborated, managed, and executed events that allowed the attendees to have the Noodles experience, without having to enter the store.

• Trained to effectively educate and train team members depending on their learning style, and using what drives them to motivate and instigate their own development.
• Had to be fully trained in both front of house and back of house procedures, including, but not limited to:
o Opening/closing front of house
o Opening/closing back of house

• Conducted interviews for over 200 applicants.
• Trained or led over 60 representatives over the course of the direct sales marketing campaign.

• Led daily one-on-one personal coaching sessions and early morning motivational group meetings which increased productivity per rep by over 130% more than average

• Ran local workshops for aspiring managers to hone skills such as interviewing, training, and improving PPR (productivity per rep) among offices division wide.
