During my position at Capitol Hill Day School I provided child care for large groups of students, facilitated after school programming, managed student pick up and drop off, and maintained clear and effective communication with parents and teachers. ? This experience equipped me with adaptable skills that I have been able to apply in a diverse work setting, these include: meeting deadlines, upholding the standards aligned with the mission of my employer, and creative problem solving.
August 2019 - February 2020 Eagle Rock School, Estes Park, Colorado - Residential Life Fellowship ? As a Residential Life Fellow for Eagle Rock School my responsibilities were: coordinating events and field trips for the students and staff, writing and teaching enrichment course curriculum, assisting with college and ASVAB prep, attending and facilitating frequent staff meetings, and assisting in staff training. ? I had the opportunity to assist in the outreach and fundraising for Eagle Rock School by creating marketing tools using adobe, and video editing software, and participating in networking events with community partners.
