EMPLOYMENT
August 2019 - Present, Billings Clinic, Pre-Access Specialist
For Billings Clinic I gather information from patients to preregister them for upcoming appointments. I work with the billing program Artiva to update and send out billing statements. I also obtain Medicaid passport authorizations.
March 2015 – May 2019, Juro’s Pharmacy Health and Wellness, Billing and Resupply Team Lead For Juro’s Pharmacy Health and Wellness, I started out scanning, answering phones, and accounts payable. Currently my duties entail billing, accounts payable, trainer for applying EOB’s and patient payments to accounts, back up for the bookkeeper, doing reorders for DME such as enteral, ostomy, and urological, getting verbal prescriptions to fill orders, CMN’s, TIMS’s applications, procedure code file, answering phones, scanning on occasion and customer service. I am currently the Resupply Team Lead in my department.

At advanced employment, I was placed with Juro’s Pharmacy Health and Wellness to scan and answer phones. I also applied payments to patient accounts. After three months, I was hired on by Juro’s Pharmacy Health and Wellness.

For Avitus Group, I worked for a subsidiary company called Wholesale Remarketing. I stocked in purchased or traded vehicles, filed, made copies, sent faxes, entered information into QuickBooks, used Google Drive, answered phones, handled petty cash, and ran errands for the office. I was a team player and self-starter. I was able to work individually and in a group.

September 2014 – March 2015, Express Employment, Administrative Assistant, Temporary At Express Employment, my most recent assignment I completed was an as Administrative Assistant for a roofing company. I answered multiple phone lines, ordered materials, updated phone lists, made excel spreadsheets, created word documents, organized the office, ran errands, sent faxes, scanning, made copies, filing, data entry, made back-ups for the computers, organized documents in files in specified order, helped troubleshoot computers in the office, and taking information from potential clients and giving it to the service writers.
