Senior Project Engineer, Marathon Realty Pvt Ltd July 2017 – July 2019

• Execution of RCC substructure & superstructure -Marathon Emaze (G+23) floors tower with Mivan/Kumkang Formwork, which took place after the training period of one year.
• Execution of services in construction of Fire Station, Residential building, Commercial Building (Fire Fighting, Storm water drainage, Sewage treatment plant, Electrical, Site infrastructure including pavement construction, Rainwater harvesting, etc)
• Lead Site Planning and Execution Engineer for Residential and Commercial Project. (Use of MSP, Revit. AutoCAD for design, Primavera etc. for design of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and plumbing))
• Developed project schedule from plans and specification for Marathon Millennia and Marathon Emaze, high-rise residential projects worth $25 & $ 10 Million each, also incorporated cost and resources in the schedule.

PROJECTS
• Paulo Duro Canyon park at Randol County, Texas.
Quantity take off wash station, restroom and comfort station for masonry, concrete, steel, timber, carpentry, roof and finishes accessories.
Costing of all the quantities were carried out on Timberline and VU 360 software which accounted for total project cost of $ 411026.
Project was scheduled on Primavera P6 which accounted for the project duration of 80 days.
Preparation of Work Breakdown Structure for project scheduling & resource allocation on Primavera p6.

• Planning & Scheduling - Marathon Emaze (G+21) floors towers, Mulund, Mumbai, India.
Breaking down of larger activities to its leaf nodes with the help of Work Breakdown Structure & Mind mapping.
Assigning the activities in Microsoft Project (MSP) to find total project duration which accounted for 2 years 58 days.
Identifying the critical path and assigning the resources to the activities to find the total cost of the project which was $10 million.
Project crashing to achieve quality execution of project within the given project duration.
Worked upon the direct and indirect cost of the project. Thus, prepared the cash flow report for the project for that given year.

• Cost Estimating - Marathon Nexzone (G+33), Panvel, Navi Mumbai, India.
Quantity take off for concrete, steel, steel accessories, masonry, fabrication material, timber, formwork, edge formwork, etc.
Budget preparation for Marathon Eminence.
Reconciliation & preparation of wastage control sheet for Marathon Eminence.

Allocation of leaf nodes (activities) on MSP from the execution of substructure to its superstructure.

Utilizing shredded plastic in flexible pavement construction by testing it for various tests like viscosity, durability, tolerance etc.
Comparing it for load bearing capacity for human vehicular traffic on it.
