Summer intern: Helped out with various administrative work, such as processing purchase orders, creating packing slips and job orders. Helped manage the implementation of a new inventory management software [ECount ERP].
Maltby Food Bank, Maltby, Washington: May 2016 - August 2017
Over 100 hours volunteered at a local food bank, helping clients take items to their vehicles and loading/unloading supply trucks. Helped set up and break down tables each day and conducted various other duties assigned.
Yeti Corporation, Everett, Washington: June 2017 - August 2017
Warehouse Associate: Helped process orders which included picking, packing, sealing and shipping. Entered packing slips into the system and created shipping labels. Assisted with re-stocking, shelving and handling of raw materials and finished goods.
Nepal Seattle Society (NSS), Seattle, Washington: 2015 - present
Event Management: Helped organize and manage (And actively continue to do so) multiple NSS events at various community centers, including managing seating and assisting guests.
Teaching Assistant: Was a teaching assistant for an NSS-sponsored summer school program for Nepali kids aimed to preserve and promote Nepali language and culture.
