Job description
Rejuvenation Technologies Inc. is a biotechnology startup company developing mRNA therapeutics that reverse mechanisms of aging to extend the healthspan. We were founded in 2018 out of Stanford University. We are seeking an R&D Scientist with expertise in immunostaining of cells and/or tissue sections and immunofluorescence imaging and/or flow cytometry. This is a temporary but urgent project, lasting perhaps 2-6 months, to optimize staining conditions for several antibodies on tissue sections and image the sections, and on cells and perform flow cytometry. The schedule is flexible but we would expect given the urgency of the project that you would have time to commit at least 20 hours per week. Our lab is located in Mountain View, California, beside the golf course near the intersection of highways 101, 237, and 85.

Required:
BS, BA, Masters, PhD, postdoc, or equivalent in Biology, Bioengineering, Biochemistry, or other life science field
Demonstrated success in immunostaining, immunofluorescence imaging, and/or flow cytometry
At least one first author publication
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Ability to maintain laser focus on accomplishing the essential goal
Passion for developing cures for diseases and aging
Ability to commute to Mountain View, CA
