Credit Program Specialist

Navicore Solutions is seeking a motivated individual to service as a Program Specialist.

Job responsibilities:

Establish relationships with clients via phone and in-person through various outreach methods.
Conduct intake, client assessment and follow-up for all cases.
Conduct document collection and preparation services.
Complete application and submit for approval.
Communicate the progress of files under review with management.
When applicable, uses the program portal to update, document and communicate with all entities in process
Answer calls from designated queue.
Attend ongoing training, as provided, on programs and services.
Meet expectations regarding results and behavior and adhere to all department manual policies & procedures.

2. Must have a full understanding and knowledge of applicable programs and services

3. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients over the phone and in-person

4. Must be trustworthy

5. Excellent organizational and time management skills

6. Must have reliable transportation and be able to drive to various locations within the county

7. Experience in customer services, collections and/or federal/state programs.

Full-time, Temporary

Available Shift: Monday-Friday 10:00am-6:30pm

Training Shift: in Manalapan, NJ office Monday- Friday 8:30-5:00pm
