Savutax Consulting, Inc. is a fast-growing niche tax preparation company in Omaha, Nebraska. Our company services clients with unique tax situations all around the United States. We are looking for an Administrative/Client Manager who acts as a liaison between the client, the preparers, and the company principal.

The ideal candidate will assist with developing and overseeing the workflow processes for the company. In addition, duties will include the following:

� Scheduling in-person and online appointments.
� Answer client calls, and email responses.
� Setting clients up in company document portals.
� Make sure the required information is submitted by the client for preparation.
� Notifying preparers of clients ready for tax preparation.
� Insure the timely deliverable of prepared returns.
� Print/mail returns required for paper filing.
� Client communication via newsletters.

The position is temporary and full-time from January through April 2023 with the possibility of an extension of work hours beyond April.

The candidate must be available to work 30 to 40 hours during the weekday. Flexibility to work either early morning to mid-afternoon or late morning to early evening is possible for the right person. Weekend hours are not required.

The position is a hybrid of on sight and remote work. Most of the required tasks can be performed remotely, but some tasks must be performed on sight. Generally, one or two days a week on sight will be required.

The candidate will have great organizational skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of best administrative practices. The candidate will also be computer literate and have business acumen in email and phone communication. The person will also have a strong sense of customer ethics and compassion.
