Qualifications: You are experienced, innovative, creative, fun, energetic, patient, disciplined, and have strong communication skills. You have the ability to engage students from Kindergarten to 6 grades through dramatic play and interaction. You are able to write your own lesson plans. You will work well with elementary level students, peers, parents, school, and foreign language administration. You are fluent in English, as well as the target language (no discernible English accent), and have good computer skills and must be able to write in your target language as well as English (highly stressed). The classes are fun and physical activity based, such as improvisation, puppet play, arts and crafts are a must. We are a full immersion program, and you will teach about one hour fun class with little English spoken in class. Teachers with ESL certifications or Early Childhood Majors are preferred. Only green card holders or citizen are considered. You will be finger printed and FBI checked.
Age group: elementary school students (K-6).
Hours: Weekday mornings before school start (approximately 8:00-9:00 am) and after school (approximately 2:30-3:30 and 3:30-4:30 pm). The maximum of classes per week are 8 and minimum of classes is 1.
