Joük is a leading youth footballer technical development academy in Manhattan. Built on core principles of community, integrity, and excellence.

The Joük Technical Development Program (TDP) is a robust program that aims to improve technical abilities starting with beginners up to advanced soccer players, all year round. Our youth begin our program with an introduction to soccer and then through extensive training and coaching guidance reach higher levels of development conducive to competitive play in club futsal and soccer teams. Joük prides itself in creating an environment where players feel safe to explore and express their creative prowess while learning.

Joük invites enthusiastic, sports-oriented people to join our coaching team. Applicants should have a soccer background and a passion for working with children. Coaches will receive competitive pay according to their experience and qualifications. All Joük coaches undergo extensive initial and ongoing training in our methodology and practices. Joük welcomes candidates from all backgrounds who understand that the work we do is essential and are looking for an opportunity to build a professional skill set while being challenged, supported, and valued.

We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our organization.
