KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:

Work as a team and assist anywhere that needs help
Learn details of the seasonal menu and culinary techniques
Have knowledge of NA and alcoholic beverage offerings and be able to make suggestions and upsell.
Accurately record and account for all items ordered, process payments, and balance all sales receipts in compliance with restaurant policies and procedures
Communicate with the culinary team and managers for any special requests, dietary restrictions or any other guests inquiries
Provide impeccable service and create a memorable guests' experience
General organization and cleanliness of the front of the house area
Follow all procedures and policies set forth by the company, and department
Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas

Requirements:

1 year of serving experience at the high volume full-service restaurant required
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of fine food and wine, as well as proper serving techniques preferred
Professional appearance and demeanor
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
Physical Requirements:

Able to walk/stand the entire shift
Lift up to 40lbs.
Able to reach, bend, stoop, and walk up/down stairs
