Title – Sales Coordinator
We are looking for someone to expand market presence and increase sales. This person must be highly motivated and well-organized – able to communicate clearly by phone and via e-mail.
Skills Desired: Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, WordPress, Customer service experience, Communication skills, Motivated, Organized, Science or technical background a plus.
Daily jobs are ;
Learn product information and product applications.
Learn product pricing & availability, shipping times & costs.
Process domestic and/or international customer orders, inquiries, & correspondence on complaints, deliveries, terms, order changes, service, & related matters. Create sales orders, invoices & packing slips.
Create online airway bills. Schedule shipment pickup.
Maintain inventory of products in stock. Submit purchase orders to vendors to replenish stock. Receive & enter stock & backorder shipments into Quickbooks.
Answer customer questions & direct questions to technical support. Work closely with vendors.
Actively engaged in sales activities by contacting customers (new and existing).
Search for new potential customers online and enter contact information into customer database.
Manage monthly e-news and create any special marketing or promotional material
Manage e-commerce website
Keep track of pending orders, backorders & orders needing payment.
Retrieve files awaiting payment. Receive payments into database, ensuring correct payments are applied to proper invoices.
Answer incoming calls, direct orders.
Process orders submitted by phone, fax, email & online.
Knowledge of Quickbooks Enterprise & Microsoft Office programs is helpful.
Data Entry experience.
Customer Service experience helpful.
WordPress or any e-commerce background.
