Real Estate Assistant/Coordinator

20-30 Hours Per Week To Start

Top-producing real estate broker is looking for an assistant who will partner with her to accomplish administrative, client, and transactional functions in support of both her and her team. Learn how to navigate the fast-paced world of real estate from someone who is successful at it.

Job Functions
Create a monthly newsletter using an e-newsletter program (e.g. transferring & creating content and layout)
Create high end flyers, brochures and postcards using vector files via publisher, illustrator, etc.
Coordinate transaction files
Use assigned CRM to assign clients to drip campaigns and make calls to sphere
Use social media (instagram, facebook, and linkedin) to connect with contacts, boost posts, and create ads
Set signs for open houses and listings
Interact with clients through various media outlets to conduct a variety of real estate related functions such as measuring rooms, getting forms signed, or meeting with vendors
Use Quickbooks to track expenses and income to submit to CPA
60% will be computer work: paperwork, maintaining basic real estate website, contracts, creating print and social media
20% will be running errands, putting out signs, buying gifts
20% random

Minimum one year of experience as an assistant (administrative, executive, clerical) supporting a successful professional
Advanced experience with using a CRM. Experience using CRM to assign clients to drip campaigns and making/logging calls to sphere prefered.
Previous Transaction Coordinator experience required.
Attention to fine details & extreme organization. We use a minimum of 20 programs you’ll need to learn, schedules change daily, clients call and change appts. I need you to keep me on track, on time and organized.
Real estate license or “working on it” required
Basic knowledge and ability to use up to 20 different programs such as publisher & adobe creative cloud apps such as photoshop, illustrator.
Use/learn quickbooks to track expenses and income to submit to cpa
Experience working on a high volume real estate team preferred
Ability to maintain a flexible schedule including some nights and weekends
Ability to stay calm and remain patient in high stress situations and when speaking with clients and realtor is a MUST
Ability to lift 40 lbs.
Ability to pass a background check
