Programming and Robotics Instructor

Leads the robotics and programming classes after school and during the school day
Leads the all-girls robotics competition team (grades 3 - 5), supporting their learning, building and competing, team must compete in at least one competition per season
Supervises students to maintain an effective learning environment
Prepares instructional materials and equipment for use in classroom activities; types, prepares copies and gathers appropriate resource information, materials and equipment as needed
Provides teaching staff and school administrators and families with relevant feedback and information on student progress through observation, daily contact and the maintenance of accurate student progress records
Communicates effectively with students, families and educational team
Operates a variety of instructional media, office machines and equipment.
Participates in various meetings for the purpose of sharing information and/or improving one’s skills/knowledge.
