We are seeking a fashion-forward and highly motivated Bridal Stylist to work hand in hand with brides to ensure that their wedding day is everything they dreamed it would be. The Stylist is responsible for providing and maintaining a positive, friendly, empathetic and professional renting experience with all customers.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Bridal Stylist with Laine London, you will meet and exceed sales goals set by the Store Manager. You will also maintain the overall appearance of the sales floor, dressing rooms, and other areas that customers can see.
Job Functions
� Review customer style quiz and additional reference photos to preselect gowns for appointment and provide a seamless try-on experience.
� Understand and communicate our Rental Packages and payment options with our customers.
� Build a relationship by welcoming customers to the store, asking questions and listening to understand customer expectations and needs (emotional and practical).
� Strive to identify the perfect gown/dress in the customer�s first three to four try-ons.
� Review calendar and set future appointments aligning to customer needs; follow up with customers to remind/set future sales.
� Clearly communicate the role of alterations in perfecting the dress for her event in partnership. Promote all alterations services and personalization options. Partner with Alterations Specialists to set up appointments to personalize and fit gowns/dresses.
� Ensure proper measurements are taken and entered into events as required for alteration and data collection.
� Maintain store-standards (clean, organized, promotional readiness) to support a flawless shopping experience. Reports any broken or damaged equipment to store management.
� Maintains high dress code standards for her/himself per the Dress Code.
Job Requirements
As a Bridal Stylist with Laine London, you must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, a consultative sales style and a strong sense of bridal fashion and fashion in general. Our ideal Bridal Consultant is detail-oriented, courteous to fellow employees, and very outgoing.
Additional requirements for the Bridal Consultant include:
� Minimum 1 year experience in high-volume and fast-paced sales setting
� Ability to work weekends and evenings
� Reliable transportation
� Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time
