Outpatient Clinician
Job description
Seeking a per diem Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Mental Health Counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapist to work in a private outpatient practice setting in Acton, MA. This position comes with opportunities for insurance panel eligibility, clinical supervision, and ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Clinicians have the opportunity to choose cases and make their schedules. All insurance eligibility and intake requirements are completed for the clinician so they can focus on providing therapy services.
Family Resource Associates’ (FRA) Mission Statement: Provide quality mental health and substance abuse treatment services that support healing, health, and well-being.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide individual, couples, and family therapy
· Develop and implement comprehensive and objective treatment plans.
· Complete progress notes and other documentation as required ensuring client records are compliant with regulatory guidelines.
· Work collaboratively with the FRA team to ensure clinical and productivity standards.
· Provide a safe, nurturing, caring atmosphere for clients.
EDUCATION/LICENSURE
· Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy
· LICSW/LMHC/LMFT preferred, but not required
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
