We are looking for an Office Assistant to be responsible for handling clerical tasks in our office. You will be handling incoming phone calls, as well as managing files, updating paperwork and documents, and performing other general office clerk duties.
High school diploma (preferred but not needed)
Experience as an office assistant or in related field (preferred but not needed)
Microsoft office skills (Excel for spreadsheets, Outlook for email, Powerpoint for visual presentations, and Word for desktop publishing as minimum).
Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
Ability to work well under limited supervision.
