Located in SE Aurora, this fast-growing boutique real estate firm is looking for a part-time marketing and social media manager. While this person will work closely with direction from the broker/owner, they need to be a self-starter and comfortable working through tasks and deadlines independently. They will be responsible for managing the company’s multi-channel digital and traditional marketing campaigns, track results and analytics, and create creative and written assets as needed for the campaigns with direction and content provided. While this person isn’t a copywriter, the ability to create multiple variations of content from a single campaign are necessary. Good proofing, editing and social media content creation is a must.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Digital Marketing Campaigns:
Manage and execute marketing campaigns through digital channels including social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok), search engines, programmatic display, and other third party sites (Reddit, YouTube, etc.).
Optimize campaigns by properly setting up audiences, tracking, copy, design, and budget.
Daily campaign monitoring to make sure they are running as intended and making adjustments as needed.
Creation and management of campaigns in various email marketing platforms
Analytics & Reporting:
Set up custom tracking through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
Analyze website and campaign analytics, performance data and KPIs using Google Analytics
Create, update, and present reports with findings and recommendations on a regular basis.
General:

Remain up to date with GDPR and CCPA regulations and requirements.
Maintain an accurate track of daily tasks and hours worked.


Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year relevant marketing experience
Experience with various CRM and Marketing Automation software systems
Data analytics and strategy background, including knowledge of Google Analytics
Ability to articulate and receive feedback and take/give direction well
Able to work in a team setting
Strong communication and proofing skills
Flexibility and adaptability
A problem solver and team player

Additional experience a plus:

Experience within Real Estate
Adobe Creative Suite specifically photoshop, and Canva
Experience in a smaller agency/company where many hats are worn
Familiarity with traditional campaign tactics and strategies
Basic SEO Knowledge
Wordpress Experience and basic editing knowledge
Experience creating and/or vetting content for marketing campaigns
Certifications in: Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google AdWords
